Clearly I have issues with our prison system. Often sending "criminals" to serve time on minor drug offenses, and while it is meant to free the rest of the population from the dangers they add to our society--oftentimes it renders them unstable for regular society when they are released. Shouldn't a prison seek to help and improve it's inmates by teaching them how to behave normally. Now, I know that is an idealic statement to make--but I love to see a prison that allows the proper safety procautions while creating a pleasant environment that could stimulate a new leaf in these people's lives whether they finish them in prison or make it back into civilization.
It's beautiful to look at.

Why should those driving by suffer from a monstrous concrete or stone fortress...not in the UK
It is open and easy to see what is going on.
Color=inspiration. Inspiration=life (possibility). Warm colors=healing.
think of the families (with kids) that have to visit to see their loved ones...
exercise and activities stimulates the brain, perhaps we could all use a little 2 on 2.
